This is to inform you that the Company has declared the closed period from 10′ February, 2022 to 17th February. 2022 for the approval of Quarterly & Half Yearly Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2021 as required Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, No Executive of the Company shall, directly or indirectly, deals in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
